The Testimonial slot provides a post for a recent review complete with social tile, caption and team member details. The post will link back to the Team members website profile.
Criteria
A Testimonial post will only be added to a offices schedule if the following conditions are true. If the schedule slot has been configured for single use only testimonials will only be published one, if the slot is configured for continuous use then testimonials will be rotated and republished after a period of time.
The office has reviews sync enabled in their account settings
The office has testimonials in their content library
Testimonial in content library are less than a month old
Listings
The Listings slot provides a post for a new or sold listings complete with social tile, caption and team member details. The post will link back to the office website.
Criteria
A Listing post will only be added to a offices schedule if the following conditions are true.
The office has listing sync enabled in their account settings
The office has listings less than 14 days old in their content library
Team Slot
The team slot provides a team member post complete with social tile and caption and team member details.
Criteria
A Team post will only be added to an office schedule if the following conditions are true.
The office has team profiles enabled in their content library
If the office has more than than four team profiles enabled in their content library. When and office has fewer than four team profiles enabled for publishing we will only schedule one every second week, this is to prevent heavy rotation of team profiles.
OFI Slot
The OFI slot provides a complete list of an office opens for the coming weekend, complete with social tile and details of each open.
Criteria
An OFI post will only be added to an office schedule if the following conditions are true.
The office has OFI posts enabled in their account settings
The office has one or more properties open over the coming weekend
Clearance Rate
The “Clearance Rate” slot provides the most recent state cleanace rate percentage, properties auction count and sold count complete with social tile and a caption.
Criteria
A Clearance rate post will only be added to an office schedule if the following conditions are true.
The office has “Clearance Rate” trigger greater than 0 set in their account settings, if the trigger rate is 0 the Clearance Rate Post will never be scheduled.
Bog, CTA
The Blog slot provides a posts based on content items added to you your Global content library or office content library. The Offices content library is always prioritised over group content library when selecting items for the schedule. The slot is configured to use content from a specific category, these categories are based on your content libraries setup.
Criteria
A Blog post will only be added to an office schedule if the following conditions are true.
The group or offices content library has content available
Local
The Local content can be added to any content category by will only be scheduled provided it is geographically near an office. Local content can only be added to the Global content library. The slot is configured to use content within the offices service area defined in the offices account settings. Adding tags will either increases the area a piece of local content can be used in or expand to the entire state, country.
Criteria
A local content item will only be added to an office schedule if the following conditions are true.
The content item is located within the offices service area
If the content item contains a Generic tag the office can use the content item upto 30km away.
