Auto Scheduling tries to fill the schedule daily, if a new listing is pushed live on Tuesday it would be scheduled in the next available empty listing slot, the same goes for sold's and testimonials.
Auditing your Auto generated schedule on a Monday is the optimal time as this is when there are the most new posts available.
To explain this further take the OFI post created late in the week, this post does not appear on Monday because the information about your weekend opens is not available so the system doesn’t fill the slot, later in the week once your open times are available the post is created this also avoids incorrect times being published when open time change during the week.
Because an offices content is updated daily the social media schedule needs to adapt, it does this by always trying to source the latest information, if the information is not available the slot remains empty and the system will try to fill the slot the following day.
Turning Off Auto Scheduling
You can disable auto scheduling from your account setting
