Social Estate allows you to capture the details from any form submitted on your site through the SE tracking code. Website forms can be easily configured to and there is also support for form on dynamic pages such as listings and team profile pages.


Forms

 You can manage and create new forms by going to forms in your account dashboard


Navigate to: "Marketing" > "Forms"

 

Static Form Configuration

To add a static form navigate to form select "Create Form" Please provide a descriptive name for your form, for example, "Contact Us", "Listing Detail" or "Landing Page Appraisals Residential Sales". 

Provide the URL to the form on your website to allow Social Estate to analyse the form and map the fields to your SE contact record.


Dynamic Form Configuration

To add a static form navigate to form select "Create Form" You will need to provide a descriptive name for your form for example "Contact Us" or "Listing Detail" or "Landing Page Appraisals Residential Sales". 

Provide the URL to the form on your website to allow Social Estate to analyse the form and map the fields to your contact record.


Check "Dynamic" to reveal a special input that allows you to provide a pattern for dynamic URLs. URL patterns mean that even pages with unique ID's can be mapped to a form allowing you to capture enquires form your listings and them hook the form submission to an email sequence.
