Boosting posts over an over can get tedious over time, we all know that promoting posts is essential to reach larger local audiences but having to remember and manage all theses boosts can be time-consuming. Social Estate allows you to automate this process by defining simple rules about how each type of post should be promoted. This way every time a post that meets a specific rule is published it will automatically be promoted for you.
Creating an Auto Rule
To create your Auto promote rule got to "Settings" > "Auto Promote"
Let's create our first rule, click "Add" select a post category.
- Listing - Any listing published to your Facebook page will be prompted, For Sale, Sold, For Lease Leased
- Testimonial - Any Review or Testimonial published will be promoted
Each of your content library categories will be available in this list so you can control how each category of content should be promoted.
Select "Listing" and slide the budget until you reach the amount you want to spend. Click save, that's it your first rule is set. You can add one or as many rules as you like, 100% of you Ad budget goes to your campaign.
