To connect Instagram you first need to have an existing Instagram account or create a new one here https://www.instagram.com/
Now that you have an Insagram account you will need to connect it to your Facebook page. Go to you Facebook page, at the top of the screen click "Settings" then locate the Instagram option on the left menu and select it. If you see the below screen you will need to click connect Instagram and follow the prompts.
Once connected to your Facebook page contact support to have yours account updated.
