Sync your Rate My Agent reviews for both residential Sales and Leased to your "Content Library".


Step 1

From "Settings" -> Integrations click "Connect RateMyAgent"

 

Step 2

Locate your RMA office profile on ratemyagentcom.au, select the "Sales" tab to switch to the office's sales reviews, copy the URL from the browser address bar.


 

Step 3

Paste the URL copied above it into the "Sales Profile Office 1" field shown below and check the "Enabled" option above the field.


Set the "Content Category" dropdown to the "Content Category" where you want reviews added to, this is generally "Testimonials", click "Save"



Step 4

You'll need to add update the office "Team Member" profiles to include each agency RMA profile URL. This ensures that when reviews are added they are attributed to the correct "Team Member", it also ensures that when a "Team Member" is deleted, all of their connected reviews are removed from your "Content Library".



Second Office

If you have a second office that you would also like to sync reviews for, simply repeat the above pross for the second office and use the "Sales Profile Office 2" field for the office's RMA profile URL. 


Leased Reviews

To sync reviews navigate to your RMA office profile and select the "Leasing" tab, copy the URL in the browser address bar and paste it into the "Leasing" field, now repeat the above steps above.


Pro-Tip

You can create separate "Content Categories" for each type of review to give you more flexibility when creating your Auto-Schedule, for example, you may want only "Leased" reviews on a Wednesday and Sales reviews on Tuesday. Adding Leased reviews to a separate content category means that you can schedule different Content Categories on different days.
